About
Hi, I'm Jasmine.
I'm a Los Angeles–based e-commerce operations specialist and product photographer. Since June 2023 I've run the Shopify store for T2Love, an LA specialty clothing brand for girls, as its website administrator. I photograph the catalog of 1,500+ products, keep product data and wholesale inventory current, run the seasonal launches, and fulfill the orders.
I migrated the store to Shopify by myself, run 4–5 launches a year, and shoot 75–150 products in 2–3 days each season. The same images I shoot are the ones I publish.
Automation
I built a cross-platform product migration tool in Python that cut processing time by 75%. More on how the store runs in the operations case study.
Day to day I work in Shopify, Brandboom, Shopify Email, Affinity Photo, and Canva, and I've edited in Capture One. I studied cognitive science with a specialization in computing at UCLA.
Beyond work
I keep a camera on me outside the studio too — street and event photography, some of which lives on the photography page.
And once, for an Advanced Programming in C++ course at UCLA, I helped build a 2D RPG called Earn Your Grade! with a team of four — planning the game mechanics, drawing the character sprites and maps in MediBang Paint Pro, designing the UI, and coding the start page, item collection, and player attacks. Our professor's jaw dropped. The enemies were ruler-wielding teaching assistants.
